Magazines Part II

Magazines Part II

1. Early Magazine Covers
They did not have any pictures for covers like today. They manly were just title and then strait to the story. Some of them did used some versions of book covers which is a simple small illustration.

2. The Poster Cover
individual cover started to happen. and made no words and more of a they look at this now buy it and read it's contents and i mean look at it, it's a picture

3. Pictures Married to Type

This is a good example of "modern" day magazine where its father The poster cover  made him but added something new you actually know what they heck you're buying and what the magazine is about. Also they added words. But it still kept the exciting new tread of adding a picture cover of the subject.

4. In the Forest of Words

As you know form poster cover from above it had a son who never knew how to shut up and thus In the Forest of Words was born. Yes this is the "modern" day covers but it is when you have your main "subject"  but around and on his/her forehead is all the other titles in the magazine. Like I said before can someone please shut this person
