1.) What first caught your eye while looking at your photographers photos? Is there something in particular about their photos that made you want to choose them? Post the images with your writing.
What caught my eyes where some techniques and they way they took their photos and how we still use them.
2.) Look at those 2 photos you posted last time in the assignment Great Black and White Photographers Part 2. Use your five senses to tell me more about those photos. Answer them on your blog.
I see: I see a man crying in fear and trying to survive. I can see the remains of the vegetation and how they are around him. I see his equipment his rifle that he is not even holding it and his pack with all his gear and how they are all budged together like a pile on top of the solider.

I also see a crowd of people but the one person who sticks out the most is this stunning nun and how she is looking not at me but at everyone. She is looking expressionless but still looks beautiful.
I smell: I can first smell the sweet of cut grass and how its smells nice and fresh. I then smell smoke how it replaces the grass with a thick crowd of it fills up my noise and makes me cough. I then smell the napalm sadly I don't like it for it smells like rotten boiled eggs.
I smell the odors of all the sweaty people bumping into each other. I also smell the clean soapy aura form the holy water that the nun is drenched in. I also smell the fine pine wood of the cross she is caring.
I hear: I hear the quiet nosies of the jungle and the birds cropping and the wind blowing. All the sudden I hear some planes flying and then all the sounds are nothing but BOOM and POW POW POW. I then hear the yelling of orders and formations by the officers and then more gunfire and hear the last faints form the soldiers.
I hear the crowd of people all loud having conversations about there day. I then hear a bell ring and then the mummers fade away. I then art hear the choir form the nuns singing in latin starting the ceremony.
I taste: The moist humid air and my sweat from the climate. Then I taste the clouds of smoke and it gags my mouth. I then taste the napalm and dirt that is everywhere.
I taste: I taste the leftover snack that I had form dinner before the service. I taste the wine bitter but then sweet with a good bouquet. After that i walk up for communion I taste the tasteless pice of bread it is practically a cracker that is not salted.

I feel: I feel rev lived that We are in the clearing and beauty of the jungle. I then feel confused and frighted by all the planes and firing. I then finally feel scared that I will die here on this battlefield.
I fell: I feel tired from my long day and that I have to go to Mass. I then feel Happy and filled of Joy by what the pastor has to say. I then feel even more glad that I got to leave the Mass but still moved by what they taught me that night.
